Nestled in a beautifully restored 18th-century coaching inn, The Oak & Thyme celebrates the very best of British seasonal cooking. Our passionate team, led by Chef Helena Whitmore, sources ingredients from local farms and artisan producers across the Cotswolds, creating dishes that honour traditional flavours whilst embracing contemporary techniques.
Helena's culinary journey began in her grandmother's kitchen in Yorkshire, where she learned the importance of respecting ingredients and understanding their provenance. After training at Le Cordon Bleu and working in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, she returned to Britain with a renewed appreciation for our native produce and culinary heritage.
